Security & privacy

Considered from the start.
Verified as we develop.

Healthcare software needs clear boundaries around information, access and responsibility. Those boundaries are part of Practiq’s development work.

Controlled environments

Our current development and testing work uses fictional and synthetic scenarios in controlled environments. This public website is not a clinical service and must not be used to submit patient information.

Identity and permission

We are designing and testing access boundaries around identity, role and organisational context. These are requirements to verify, not a claim that every control is production-ready.

Review and retesting

Security findings inform remediation and further testing. We assess changes within their tested scope rather than treating an individual successful check as assurance for the whole product.

Minimise data, preserve authority

Our design principles favour using only the information needed for an authorised purpose. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of appropriately authorised clinicians.

Assurance status

Clear about what
we can claim.

Practiq is in active development and controlled testing. We do not claim ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA certification or healthcare accreditation for the software.

This page describes our approach. It is not a certification, an independent assurance report or a guarantee of clinical safety.

This website

A simple public presence.

The website has no account creation, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The contact form is currently unavailable and does not accept submissions. It does not set application cookies or store visitor information in browser storage.

Normal web delivery can involve technical information such as IP addresses and request logs at the hosting provider. Email correspondence is handled through our email provider. Please keep initial enquiries free of patient information and other sensitive records.

This is a brief description of this website, not a privacy policy for a future clinical service. Information about any such service will be provided before it is made available.
